  The innovative GENERATIONS OF HEALTH Compensation Plan

is designed to reward Independent Representatives who retail and consume commissionable products, use GENERATIONS OF HEALTH products in their independent businesses, sponsor and train Independent Representatives, and who teach their organisation to do the same. Independent Representatives are not compensated for the act of sponsoring; rather it is through the sale, personal consumption or use of commissionable products in their businesses that Independent Representatives are rewarded for their efforts.

To be eligible for monthly override commissions and bonuses, the Independent Representative must have complied with all the policies, procedures and guidelines outlined herein.

Sources of income

Retail profit

The establishment of a strong and loyal retail customer base is the foundation upon which every successful GENERATIONS OF HEALTH business is built. Independent Representatives are entitled to purchase commissionable products from GENERATIONS OF HEALTH at wholesale prices and retail these products to consumers.

Royalty override bonus

Royalty Override Qualified Independent Representatives are eligible to receive Royalty Override Bonuses. Royalty Override Bonuses are calculated at 6% of the commissionable volume (CV) on product which is purchased for personal consumption or business building purposes, including retail sales on the first "active" levels of Independent Representatives in the organisation, 8% of the CV on up to the next four "active" levels of Independent Representatives, and 2%, 3%, 4% or 5% of the commissionable volume on the sixth "active" level of Independent Representatives. "Active" is defined by an Independent Representative personally having at least 100 per month in qualifying volume (Q-V)

Compression maximizer

The compression provision can maximize your bonuses. If any Independent Representative in the current month's payline of your personal network is inactive (does not have a minimum qualifying volume of at least 100) during a given month, the payout calculation will search down through as many levels as necessary to find the next active (100+ QV) Independent Representative, and "compress" him or her up into the pay level of the inactive Independent Representative for that month's bonus calculations. Compression only affects volume. A leg does not expand due to non~qualified frontline Independent Representatives.

Diamond bonus

The Diamond Bonus is designed to reward you for training and supervising Diamonds and above who produce sales activity in your downline organisation. Once an Independent Representative qualifies as a Diamond Team Leader, they may qualify monthly to earn 2% on their personal group CV and 2% on their downline qualified Diamond and above Independent Representatives. This bonus is paid on the entire group commissionable volume up to six (6) qualified Diamond Team Leaders in depth each month you and they remain a qualified Diamond Team Leader.

Diamond bonus compressoin

The payout of Diamond Bonus is maximised by compression. All Diamond Bonuses will be paid out to qualified Platinum Diamond Team Leaders and above, where qualified Diamond levels exist.

Mypay plus bonus

This bonus is designed to reward Independent Representatives who participate in the AMO (Automatic Monthly Order) program. Each time a Royalty Override qualified Independent Representative, who is a minimum monthly 100 QV AMO subscriber, enrolls a new Independent Representative or Consumer into their organization, they may be eligible to receive a 20% MyPay Plus Bonus on the CV of the new Independent Representative's or Consumer's cumulative orders up to 270 CV each month, for the life of the new person's orders. The maximum amount of qualifying volume that the Enroller is eligible to earn MyPay Plus Bonus on each month is 270 CV. The balance of the eligible payout on the first 270 Commissionable Volume will be apportioned accordingly to Royalty Override and Diamond Bonuses. Any volume over the 270 CV maximum amount will be treated as traditional qualifying and commissionable volume.

GENERATIONS OF HEALTH MUST receive an Independent Representative's AMO subscription application in writing or by telephone for at least 100 in qualifying volume before they are eligible to earn a MyPay Plus Bonus. If in writing, it is very important that the GENERATIONS OF HEALTH Enroller section of the Independent Representative Agreement Form and the AMO form is filled out. Sign-up, whether by phone or in writing, must be received by GOH before the last business day of the month, with a valid payment option and a designated processing date chosen by the Independent Representative between the 3rd and 21st. If the GENERATIONS OF HEALTH Enroller is not a 100+ QV AMO subscriber, or the AMO sign-up is not completed by the last business day of the month, the entire volume of the downline cumulative orders will revert to regular commission payout. To encourage building depth in an Independent Representative's organization, the Enroller does not necessarily have to be the sponsor. If no Enroller is specified, the order will be paid as a regular commissionable order. This bonus will be paid with the regular bonus payment on the 15th day of the month following qualification.

Please note that there can only be one Enroller for the MyPay Plus Bonus.

Platinum Reward

The Platinum Reward is designed to reward qualified Platinum Diamond Team Leaders and above a possibility to purchase a second Representative position within their organisation. To qualify for the Platinum Reward, the Representative must: (1) be paid as a Platinum Diamond Team Leader or above within the month they purchase the Representative position; (2) purchase an existing position within four levels up or down in their organisation, or start a new position frontline to their current Representative position; (3) fill out a new Representative Agreement for the new Representative position; and (4) receive the Company's written approval. Ultimately, GENERATIONS OF HEALTH has the authority to approve or deny the purchase of any additional Representative position.

Bonus payements

The Independent Representative accepts full responsibility for achieving the desired qualification in the compensation plan. GOH can not be made responsible for missed qualifications and takes no responsibility for interpreting Genealogy reports or other sales data on behalf of Representatives. Bonus payments are conducted on the 15th of the following month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the next business day will apply. Sales aids including, but not exclusive of brochures, audio/video tapes, etc., are no commissionable items and do not contribute towards any compensation plan qualification.

Independent Representatives who earn a monthly bonus of less than 30.00 EUR will get their bonus accumulated in a bonus account and will be paid in the month in which their accumulated total exceeds that amount. All bonus payments are by direct deposit to an account submitted to GOH in written form, either on the Representative Agreement or on an Authorization Form.

Commission statements

Each Representative who receives any amount of bonus will receive a printed commission statement.
Monthly fees for this statement are as follows:

Taxes on binuses and other compensation

Independent Representatives are responsible for any tax on Royalty Override Bonuses, Diamond Bonuses, MyPay Plus Bonuses, and any other compensation paid by GENERATIONS OF HEALTH. GENERATIONS OF HEALTH does not collect or remit sales/use tax, gross receipt tax, business and occupation tax or any similar tax on compensation paid under its compensation plan on behalf of Independent Representatives. GENERATIONS OF HEALTH's payment of compensation determined under its compensation plan is all inclusive and no additional amounts will be paid to Independent Representatives, or on their behalf, for any tax on their GENERATIONS OF HEALTH compensation.

Local laws, regulations and requirements

Each Independent Representative should be familiar and comply with all specific laws, regulations and requirements applicable to their business in their relevant jurisdiction.

 * CONSUMER DIRECT PROGRAMME

An Independent Representative who signs up an individual as a Consumer into the Consumer Direct Programme has two options to enrol this participant.

Option 1: Consumer Direct 1 (CDP1)

CDP1 status will allow the new Consumer to purchase their own products directly from GOH at consumer prices, and even participate in the AMO programme. The Enroller will be paid MyPay Plus Bonus on eligible CDP l orders.

Option 2: Consumer Direct 2 (CDP2)

CDP2 status will allow the new Consumer to purchase their own products directly from G0H at consumer prices, and even participate in the AMO programme. You, as the Enroller of a CDP2, must have a personal minimum of 100 QV to take advantage of this option. Because the CDP2's order volume can potentially be used towards your personal volume requirements, you will not be able to receive any Royalty Override Bonus on CDP2 orders' commissionable volume. The MyPay Plus Bonus will not be paid on any CDP2 orders.

When you enrol a Consumer, in addition to the choice of status, you will receive a Consumer Bonus on any CDP l or CDP2 order. Consumer Bonus equates to the difference between the Consumer purchase price and the Independent Representative purchase price, less a transaction fee of 5% of the difference. Consumer Bonus is paid on all CDP orders, to the Enroller of a CDP1 or CDP2, regardless of the Enroller's personal qualification.

The QV and CV for products purchased by Consumers are the same for all products, as for products purchased by Independent Representatives.

When you enrol your new Consumer by phone, fax or e-mail, please clearly indicate whether the new Consumer's status should be CDPI or CDP2. If it is not clear which status was originally indicated, the Consumer will automatically be enrolled as a CDP1.

 CONSUMER DIRECT 1

The CDP 1 may:

*  Sign up at no cost.
*  Purchase products for personal use at a discounted Consumer price (approx. 12% off the retail price).
*  Choose to participate in the AMO programme.
Allow the Enroller to earn the Consumer Bonus (the difference between the CDP1 purchase price and the Independent Representative purchase price, less a fee of 5% of the difference).
    The Consumer Bonus will be paid to the Enroller regardless of the Enroller's personal qualification in the GOH Compensation Plan.
*  Have their CDP1 orders paid to qualified upline Independent Representatives through the Compensation Plan. The MyPay Plus will be paid on eligible CDP1 orders.
*  Participate in the GOH Compensation Plan by purchasing a Starter Kit and converting to the status of Independent Representative.
    CDP1s may not be changed to CDP2 status.

The CDP 1 may not:

*  Purchase products for resale.
*  Perform any sponsoring activities.
*  Earn any bonuses.
*  Change to CDP2 status.

 CONSUMER DIRECT 2

The CDP 2 may:

*  Sign up at no cost.
*  Purchase products for personal use at a discounted Consumer price (approx.12% off the retail price).
*
 Choose to participate in the AMO programme.
*
 Count toward the personal volume requirements for his/her Enroller, if the Enroller has a personal minimum of 100 QV.
*
 Allow the Enroller to earn the Consumer Bonus (the difference between the CDP1 purchase price and the Independent Representative purchase price, less a fee of 5% of the difference).
    The Consumer Bonus will be paid to the Enroller regardless of the Enroller's personal qualification in the GOH Compensation Plan.

*
 Have their CDP2 orders paid to qualified upline Independent Representatives (starting at the upline position above the sponsor) as regular commissionable volume.  
    No MyPay Plus will be paid on CDP2 orders.

*
 Participate in the GOH Compensation Plan by purchasing a Starter Kit and converting to the status of Independent Representative.
    CDP2's may not be changed to CDP1 status.

The CDP 2 may not:

*  Purchase products for resale.
*  Perform any sponsoring activities.
*  Earn any bonuses.
*  Change to CDP1 status.

 Glosary of terms:

Sponsor: The direct upline of any Independent Representative.
Enroller: An existing Independent Representative who introduces and enrols a new Independent Representative into their GENERATIONS OF HEALTH organization. The Enroller can be the same Independent Representative as the Sponsor. but it is not required.
Qualifying Volume (QV): The value assigned to a product which contributes towards an Independent Representative's monthly qualification. Independent Representatives are eligible to earn bonuses and commissions based on their monthly qualification or level of achievement. To earn commissions, an Independent Representative must personally have purchased for a minimum of 100 QV in a volume period (see Personal Sales Volume). Qualifying Volume contains the Representative's Personal Sales Volume and any Qualifying Volume originating from orders made by CDP2 Consumers enrolled by the Representative, if the Representative has at least 100 PSV.
Personal Sales Volume (PSV): In Genealogy reports, the PSV shows a Representative's personal purchases during a calendar month. In order to be an "active" Representative, a monthly PSV of 100 is required.
Commissionable Volume (CV): The value assigned to a product on which GENERATIONS OF HEALTH pays commissions, (e.g., Royalty Override, Diamond Bonus, etc.), to qualified upline Independent Representatives. A predetermined conversion factor applies between CV and different currencies for payments of bonuses and commissions.
Group Volume (GV): An Independent Representative's personal qualifying volume, plus the accumulated qualifying volume of their rank qualified compressed pay levels, in a single volume period.
Personal Group Volume (PGV): An Independent Representative's qualifying volume, plus the accumulated qualifying volume of all Independent Representatives down to, but not including, the first qualified Diamond Team Leader or above in each leg.
Diamond Group Volume (DGV): For a qualified Diamond Team Leader or above, DGV is equivalent to the total group qualifying volume of their downline Diamond and above, down to the next qualified Diamond or above up to six qualified Diamond levels deep, in a single volume period.

 LEVELS OF ACHIEVEMENT

Referring Team Member: An Independent Representative achieves this level with a personal minimum monthly total of 100 QV.

Senior Team Member: An Independent Representative achieves this level with a personal minimum monthly total of 200 QV and a minimum total Group Volume of 300 QV, which includes their 200 personal QV.

Silver Team Leader: An Independent Representative achieves this level with a personal minimum monthly total of 300 QV and a minimum total Group Volume of 600 QV, which includes their 300 personal QV.

Gold Team Leader: An Independent Representative achieves this level with a personal minimum monthly total of 300 QV and a minimum total Group Volume of 2, 100 QV, which includes their 300 personal QV.

Diamond Team Leader: A qualified Gold Team Leader achieves this level with a personal minimum monthly total of 300 QV, three separate legs with a qualified Silver or above in each leg, and a minimum total Group Volume of 6,300 QV, which includes their 300 personal QV.

Platinum Diamond Team Leader: A qualified Diamond Team Leader achieves this level with their personal minimum 300 QV, one qualified Diamond leg, two qualified Silver legs and a minimum total Group Volume of 15,000 QV, which includes their 300 personal QV.

Double Platinum Diamond Team Leader: A qualified Diamond Team Leader achieves this level with their personal minimum 300 QV, two qualified Diamond legs, one qualified Silver leg and a minimum total Group Volume of 30,000 QV, which includes their 300 personal QV.

Triple Platinum Diamond Team Leader: A qualified Diamond Team Leader achieves this level with their personal minimum 300 QV, three qualified Diamond legs and a minimum total Group Volume of 50,000 QV, which includes their 300 personal QV.

Executive Diamond Team Leader: A qualified Diamond Team Leader achieves this level with a personal minimum monthly total of 300 QV, three qualified Diamond legs and a minimum total Group Volume of 75,000 QV, which includes their 300 personal QV.

Presidential Team Leader: A qualified Executive Diamond Team Leader achieves this level with their personal minimum 300 QV, six qualified Diamond legs and a minimum total Diamond Group Volume of 250,000 QV through six (6) qualified Diamond levels of business, which includes their 300 personal QV.

Ambassador Team Leader: A qualified Executive Diamond Team Leader achieves this level with their personal minimum 300 QV, six qualified Executive Diamond legs and a minimum total Diamond Group Volume of 500,000 QV through six (6) qualified Diamond levels of business, which includes their 300 personal QV.

Royalty Override Bonus: Royalty Override Bonuses are calculated at 6% of Commissionable Volume on product purchases on the first active level, 8 % of CV on up to the next four active levels, and 2 % to 5 % on the CV of the 6th active level based on monthly qualification.
Diamond Bonuses: Pays 2 % on personal Diamond group CV and 2 % on up to 6 generations of Diamond group CV.
Compression: The Royalty payout calculation will search through as many levels as necessary to find active Representatives ( 100 QV) for pay level determination. The calculation will compress the inactive volume to the same pay level as the active Representative.
Qualifying Volume (QV): The value assigned to a product which contributes towards a Representative's monthly personal and group qualification. Representatives are eligible to earn bonuses and commissions based on their monthly qualification or level of achievement.
Commissionable Volume (CV): The value assigned to a product on which G01-1 pays commissions to qualified upline Independent Representatives. A predetermined conversion factor applies between CV and different currencies for payments of bonuses and commissions.
Group Volume (GV): A Representative's personal QV, plus the accumulated QV of their rank qualified compressed pay levels, in a single volume period.
Diamond Group Volume (DGV): For a qualified Diamond Team Leader or above, DGV is equivalent to the total group qualifying volume of their downline Diamonds and above, down to the next qualified Diamond or above up to six qualified Diamond levels deep, in a single volume period.
MyPay Plus: Qualified Representatives will be eligible to receive a 20 % MyPay Plus Bonus on the commissionable volume of the cumulative orders (up to 270 CV) and on the CV of monthly AMO orders (up to 270 CV) of personally enrolled Representatives. Qualifiers are Royalty Override qualified Representatives with a minimum 100 QV AMO subscription. The difference between the regular Royalty Override Bonus and the 20 % MyPay Plus is funded through a pro-rated reduction in upline Royalty and Diamond Bonus payments.
